Merging companies requires lots of patients and follow up. When customers have to call to re-confirm times and they discover they are wrong! It's nice to know our driver shows up on time and they are very friendly and caring . It helps to reassured we will be safe and make it to our destination on time. Driver was a very nice guy. Long wait in the cold outside the airport due to timing of entering lot somewhat of a downer. Clean car.

The scheduling, the ride, the driver, the pickup and dropoff all went smoothly. Never any uncomfortableness or issues. What wasn't apparent however is that the original goal of One Way Limo was actually happening and that is that the price would be lower than other limos around due to the coordination of rides with another customer wherein we would book one way the the other way would be with another customer. Is that happening, I'm not sure. That is why the name was "One way Limo!" Other than that, happy with the service.

Many times the pick up driver and vehicle change. Updates would be appreciated so that I know who to contact and what to look for.

At the beginning Just before the ride they had a change of company and driver, which made me upset but then everything worked smoothly.

We made a reservation over the phone because the web site wouldn't let me finish. We were happy with the rate but eventually had to cancel because of weather issues. We received a full refund and would use LEXY again.

Great and reliable drivers. Everything was perfect except that one driver said the prepaid tip did not go to them. We paid another tip on top of the 18% paid at the time of booking. I would not include tip again in the initial payment.
