Took 45 mins for the driver to find me after agreed time of pick up.

Driver waited outside instead of coming in the airport to help with bags. After a late flight, having to find him instead of him finding me was really annoying.

Before we left the communication was really good, but it turned out both the driver, and the car company, we were told to expect, were different to the one we were given. Before that, we received an email whilst we were still flying, to say that we were expected at that time (2 hours before landing) and if we didn’t make contact with the driver our ride would be cancelled. This was clearly a mistake, but it did sorry us that our ride actually had been cancelled. It was all very nerve wracking. I won’t use them again

Experience under Onewaylimo was excellent. Can no longer afford under Luxyride. Sorry to see this happen.

The driver that picked me up at 4:15am in the morning drove 90mph down the Taconic parkway. When he hit the winding turns I think we both crapped ourselves. The driver that picked me up at the airport and drove me home was very nice and courteous. However, his car was making a strange rubbing noise by the driver side front tire and I was concerned we would be stranded on the side of the road. I just traveled again last week and I contracted with another company for my transport. Your prices were cheaper but I'd rather get there alive than save a few $.
