When I was looking to upgrade from my decade old gaming PC I knew I wanted a personal experience. I also knew I was not going to get that from the big companies who are mass producing machines. I saw Luxvibe pop up on Facebook and decided to take a look. The PCs were beautiful. I saw something in my price range and jumped on it. I am so happy that I did. The service from the beginning has been top notch. Any issue/question I have had has been answered in a timely manner. They really go above and beyond for their customers. Luxvibe has a lifelong customer.

Just amazing experience from start to finish. I just happened to stumble across Their website. Decided to email them and get a feel. They replied immediately and then followed up with a text. We texted back-and-forth about what I wanted. After that, they sent me a link to my build. Turn around time was super fast. On top of that they texted me along the way about the build and what name brand parts they were going to use. Once the computer arrived, I had two concerns which they handled and remedied over the phone with me. The gentleman even FaceTime me and walked me through a loose connection during shipping. Packaging was top-notch, no way this thing was gonna be getting damage. Overall, this is some of the best customer service that I have seen. And I actually do believe they love and care about what they do and the people. I would recommend this company to anybody looking To get a custom PC built.
