I started off by browsing other websites and using their custom build pc modification tools. Emailed a few with custom requests that would not go outside the realm of helping or looking into what I exactly wanted. I stumbled onto luxvibes website through instagram scrolling and used their super easy custom build option. Asked a few questions about air flow setup for a specific case. They responded back immediately outside of their normal hours with answers. Also setup the next day for a phone conversation. After talking with Syed all my questions were answered and I upgraded a lot from my "original" build. He got me custom pricing on larger fans, different intercooler to keep my Asus astral 5090 cooler, and a 1650 psu for the 5090. I placed my order and every step of the way they were in full contact about my build. Many emails of back and forth. Me being local in Wisconsin to them after my pc was finished Syed offered to come personally deliver my pc to my home. Talk about a white glove delivery and taking any kind of shipping error or damage that could occur. He took the time to go over my pc inside and out. If you are thinking about building a PC stop searching the other sites. These guys go above a beyond with customer service and are available at any given time where its questions, answers, custom quotes, and very professional. You cannot beat their prices either. Almost forgot they offer a lifetime of support on your pc which you will not get anywhere else.

This company is great to deal with. I spent several months building pcs on websites, exploring prebuilts and trying to find that right combination and price. I came across LuxvibePC by accident and so very glad I did. Customer service was amazing, very helpful and patient with me as I tried to decide how I wanted my new pc configured. For 3-4 months I searched online for a new pc. I looked at numerous companies and used their pc builder and priced all the prebuilds. Never could make a decision due to mostly the cost involved. I came across Luxvibe PC and so glad I did. Using their pc builder, I had a couple questions, so I called the company and the customer support was very helpful. When all was said and done, he actually saved me money and the pc turned out fantastic, actually turned out better than expected. Amazing company and the best experience I could have ever hoped for. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. If your in the market for a gaming pc I wouldn't look any further. Countless hours and I mean countless hours of shopping around for a pc and I am so grateful I stumbled upon a YouTube short for this company. For what you pay and the specs you get behind it, is far far superior to any other company out there. Once I realized what other companies were charging and the bottom tier components they build there pcs with compared to this company it was a no brainer to buy from them. I am so glad I did. I ran into 1 minor issue with the pc upon receiving it and lux vibe took care of me immediately without hesitation and had me taken care of right away. If you want a top tier gaming pc and not get scalped on the pricing then this is the company for you. Awesome experience, amazing product, top notch support. I hope to buy from them again in the future.

These guys are AMAZING. They were fast, easy to communicate with, and met every request I had. Custom fan config, rgb lighting, and they even personally took my pc to FedEx whenever Fedex failed to pick it up when they were suppose to. Cant say enough good thing. If I ever need another one, i know im coming back here to get it! 11/10 experience for me!

I was looking for a new gaming PC, and checked a lot of indy, and mid size companies, making a list of possible choices. Luxvibe PCs popped up as an ad, and after exploring their options I became a bit skeptical as to being possible another shady PC company since their prices were so darn good. THEY ARE NOT!!! POLAR OPPOSITE IN FACT. After doing a lot of research, however, I felt comfortable enough to make a purchase, as they offered a finance option that gave another level of protection in case of any issues, which I used. I went with the prebuilt LUX J01 system, as the price was incredible. As you may notice on the website the description of components may be a little non specific. They do NOT skimp on components. You will get very high quality hardware. My system arrived with the promised AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D. In addition the system had the ASUS Rog Strix X870-F mobo, RTX5080FE, Corsair Dominator Titanium, and 4 TB Seagate SSD. The system arrived in quite acceptable time (as a Christmas present). Once opened, an internal screen was knocked loose (it uses magnets on CPU so is actually just removable, no damage) so I emailed the company for guidance. I had a phone call within about 30 min describing what the screen was and how it was not damaged, using only magnets. Fast forward to today (1/24/2026) I had been experiencing a fan that started to work intermittently over the last couple weeks. I had emailed the company and they have stayed in contact with me, immediately sending out a new fan this week and keeping me updated on status. Also this past week an RGB controller started acting strange, not allowing me to control fan RGBs att times (possibly related to bad fan? Not sure yet). I dropped an email again trying my best to explain the problem, as it was quite strange. Again in about 30-45 min the pc builder/owner of the company called me, on a Saturday, and spent 1 hr and 10 min testing, and troubleshooting the situation. Again mind you, it was only an RGB problem, the actual PC has functioned without issue. Siyad (I hope I spelled that correctly, I'm sorry if wrong!) was incredibly helpful and even spent time giving hints and tricks to further optimize my PC, going WAY beyond the scope of the issue I was having. He also immediately ordered me new RGB controller, even though we were able to get the RGBs working again via a different route, just in case mine is acting up. And a separate side note: the reason the deal was so good on the PC was the company had purchased parts to stock before Christmas and the huge price jump in recent weeks. He could have sold this PC at current price points and no one would of known. However, he priced it according to his cost to purchase the components at the time and did not adjust the selling price at the time to try to make a few more bucks. I feel that speaks volumes in itself as far an his integrity. In closing I 100% made the right choice to buy from Luxvibe. I *highly* encourage everyone to give them a deep look before making your final purchase decision. I would bet my next paycheck you wont find better customer support anywhere in the industry currently. I can’t put into words how great this company is to deal with. Made the process easy. Help with my build and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them to build your pc. Great support and well knowledged thanks guys for the amazing job
