An incredible PC and even more incredible company. They're fast and prompt with communication, they will also respond to requests, will upgrade components, and answer questions about components. Even with the current ram and GPU marketz the prices remain fair. When my PC arrived there was a crack in the corner, they responded quick, and sent a replacement. I was skeptical at first but have since been shown otherwise.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding PC and Even Better Customer Service! I recently purchased a custom RTX 5090 gaming PC from Luxvibe, and I couldn’t be happier with both the PC and the overall experience. The build quality is incredible, everything looks amazing, and the performance has been outstanding. What really makes Luxvibe stand out, though, is the customer service. I want to give a huge shoutout to Sy, who has genuinely gone above and beyond for me. Not only did he give me free shipping and throw in some free games, but he also personally FaceTimed me to help set up my PC and make sure everything was working properly. Being from the British Virgin Islands, I was initially concerned about getting support from overseas, but Sy has made that a non-issue. Even after receiving my PC, he continues to help me remotely whenever I have questions or need assistance. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers even after making a sale. I can’t recommend Luxvibe enough. You’re not just getting an amazing custom PC, you’re also getting exceptional customer service from someone who truly stands behind his work. If you’re considering buying a PC from Luxvibe, I highly recommend them. Special thanks again to Sy for making the entire experience so great!

Amazing PC's and even better customer support! The PC I ordered got damaged in shipping so they sent an entire new one free of charge and even upgraded a few components for me. Highly recommend.

as a content creator, needing my first PC upgrade this decade, finding LuxVibe was literally the BEST thing that could have happened. Sy was my builder, and the daily, communication, help customizing even placement of components... just absolutely out of this world customer service, and their pricing is stellar compared to similar builders. LuxVibe is the only place to buy a pc in 2026 in my honest opinion.

I had an amazing experience with Sy and the Luxvibe team from start to finish! From my first conversations with Sy, it was clear that he genuinely cared about helping me build the right PC for what I actually needed instead of just trying to upsell me. He spent a ton of time answering my questions, walking through different parts and options, and explaining where spending more would or wouldn’t actually make sense. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent! They kept me updated with photos, videos, testing information, and even added some personalized touches to the build that made it feel truly custom. The PC itself is incredible and looks even better in person than it did in the photos and videos! The part that impressed me most was the support after delivery. During shipping, the bracket for my vertically mounted GPU came loose. Sy personally FaceTimed me and walked me through remounting the GPU and getting everything set back up correctly. He stayed with me through the process and made sure everything was working the way it should. He also told me that for as long as I own the PC, I can reach out anytime if I need help or support. That kind of customer service is rare, especially after the sale is already complete! I couldn’t be happier with both the PC and the overall experience. If you’re looking for a high-end custom PC and want a team that actually cares about its customers, I would absolutely recommend Luxvibe!

Nathan, thank you for the incredible feedback and for trusting Luxvibe PC® with your build. We’re especially glad the communication, customization, and support throughout the process stood out to you. When the GPU bracket shifted during shipping, we wanted to make sure you were taken care of right away — that level of support is exactly what we aim to provide before, during, and long after delivery. It means a lot to hear that you’re happy with both the PC and the overall experience. Thank you again for your recommendation and for being part of the Luxvibe PC® family. Luxvibe PC® Team

The communication throughout the build process was outstanding. When I was picking parts a few were not compatible and they helped me pick what would work best. Also they built me an absolute beast of a PC. My next build will be also from LuxVibe PC 🤘
