Excellent customer service. David was very helpful and professional and arranged an exchange for my Dior sandals even though they were purchased on final sale. Communication was quick and clear throughout the process. Very much appreciated.

I purchased a pair of prada cups
I purchased a pair of prada cups on sale last year . I was satisfied with the sneakers but the box didnt look to authentic and they didnt let me send them back to get the correct size 🤔. But the shoe quality seems legit

Excellent product and experience

Happy
Ive been buying Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Hermes for a long time, so Ive ordered from a lot of different places over the years. Luxuryzion was honestly a really good experience. Excellent experience from start to…
Excellent experience from start to finish. I was initially hesitant about purchasing a luxury item online, but Luxury Zion exceeded my expectations. The sunglasses arrived exactly as described, beautifully packaged, and in excellent condition. For additional peace of mind, I obtained an independent authentication from Real Authentication, which confirmed that the cartier sunglasses are authentic. The entire process was smooth, communication was excellent, and the service was professional throughout. Don’t accept AMEX buy with caution and use a credit card
I came across this company on Instagram, and one of their shoes really caught my attention. The shoes were already discounted, and I also received an additional 10% off, which made the deal even more appealing. At the moment, though, my experience with the company has been quite poor. I placed an order number on May 24th, 2026, and so far I’ve only received an order confirmation number. It has now been four working days with no further updates regarding the status of my order, which is concerning. Another thing that raised alarm bells for me is the fact that they don’t accept AMEX payments. Thankfully, I used a credit card for the purchase, but at this stage I’m unsure what’s going on with the order. Out of desperation to get the shoes, I decided to take the risk and place an order with the company. I’ll update everyone here on the fifth working day with any further information or developments regarding the order.
