Unfortunately, we have strong reasons to believe this review does not reflect a real purchase from Luxuryzion: We have no record of you as a customer. We searched our order system thoroughly and found no order, payment, or message under your name. We do not sell or ship to Uzbekistan. Your profile lists Uzbekistan as your location, but Uzbekistan is not one of our delivery countries and cannot be selected at checkout. No order details were given. Your review mentions Cartier sunglasses but includes no order number, date, or any detail we could match to a transaction. For everyone reading: every item we sell is inspected and authenticated before it is shipped, and the authentication documentation for every order is kept in our records. I was a bit hesitant buying from this website because of a few negative reviews about customer service, item problems, etc. But I am glad that I’ve ignored those as my after sales customer experience is absolutely amazing! It’s very rare now to find retail online stores that have this kind of after sales service! I want to give a shoutout to Daniel for taking care of the issue I had for 2 months! The speedy response and efficiency in problem solving is incomparable! So so happy with my experience!
