Jackie was awesome! The carrier (Diamond Case Transport) was at my door when he said he would be, and delivered when he said he would. Will was every personable and fantastic to work with. Don’t go with people that low ball you on price they will get you nowhere. U. S. Luxuray Shippers delivers!

I submiited a request for shipment online on Tuesday afternoon. Jackie immediately called me with an estimate. He also told me the car could be delivered the same week. This after I had waited 3 weeks on another company. Jackie arranged for my car to be picked up on Wednesday morning. The driver called me with uodates and delivery information. I received the car on Thursday afternoon. The driver was great and car in excellent condition. Many thanks and a great job all around.

I looked at many auto transport companies but after talking to Jackie and some of the customer feedback I choose U.S. Luxury Shippers. I wanted to follow up and thank Jackie for the timely follow up and attention to details and the driver Alex. You both provided an exceptional customer experience even when the car created challenges by not starting. The communications and updates were timely and the Cadillac arrived in perfect condition A DAY EARLY even!!! I will use your company anytime I have auto transport needs and highly recommend to anyone that has a car to ship. I am a very satisfied customer Patrick
