Probably amongst the worst companies to ever deal with it. When I initially reached out, they were very responsive and said quicky make payment to reserve the date. Made payment, and it was like they disappeared - no time frames of when the car would be delivered, no status, in fact, no responses. They outsourced to a 3rd party that did not speak any english. The car was to be delivered to manhattan but they said to pick it up from New Jersey because it was more "convenient" for them. Went to NJ at the agreed meeting spot, only to be told that they went somewhere else since they had to pick up a car from another location, so meet them at yet another location. WORST WORST WORST - i went along with it only becuase they had my car.

Hello Mr. Chopra, we are sorry to hear about your experience. Upon researching the details of your shipment, we have discovered that the representative you were working with, had asked you in an email prior to scheduling the transport (which we request from customer every time we get a pickup/delivery order to NYC), if you could meet the driver in New Jersey, as navigating trucks in tightly-congested Manhattan is a difficult task, both for the driver and customer, and you had agreed and provided Dispatch an address for your friend in New Jersey. We are sorry if you felt the driver/dispatcher didn’t communicate over updates on the road as well as you’d have liked, but hopefully you can understand that our main priority, being that we specialize in transporting high-value vehicles, is that the drivers stay focused on the road and safely deliver the vehicles. Overall, your car was delivered safely and in great condition with less than a week turnaround time from the time you placed your order (Texas to New York), so we were a little surprised to see a 1-star rating here, (which is the only one we we have ever received) but we realize that we can't please everyone and definitely respect your sentiments here. We hope you can give us another opportunity in the future to provide you the 5 star service that our many customers rave about!
