I contacted US Luxury Shippers online and got a quote very fast. After this, it was radio silence for couple of days until the day before pick up to tell me that the drivers were 1 day ahead of schedule. they picked up the car and delivered it on time (even before expected) and without issues. The drivers were very good but the communication was just bad! Every time I tried to call them I ended up on voicemail which was very annoying and stressful! No signs of them since the pick-up, I received a charge on my card for the remaining amount, which is fine but just the way they operate is weird...

I researched several shippers to transport my new 2019 Corvette from New Hampshire to Montana in early December. U.S.Luxury Shippers was the quickest and most expensive by far, but it was worth it to me to have it before Christmas. They had it picked up within 2 days as promised and delivered to Montana in about 4 days which was great! When it arrived in the enclosed two car trailer it was filthy dirty and was covered in snow! The trailer appeared to be on it's last leg and had expandable foam sprayed in miscellaneous areas of they interior, however, they missed the leaking roof evidently. The biggest problem is that they transport the vehicles with the windows down so they can get in and out of them, so there was dirt and snow on the interior of the vehicle which was sickening. The driver apologized, but that doesn't solve the issue. I immediately called "my contact at U.S. Luxury Shippers" several times and he didn't answer. I paid the driver in cash and signed his release reluctantly because he couldn't leave until I did. For the next 3 days I have tried to reach "my contact at U.S. Luxury Shippers" by calling his direct line, business line and cell phone. He has NEVER returned my call! It should have been a red flag as to the kind of customer service this company offers when the communication all but stopped after I booked it and gave him my credit card deposit. So I guess I shouldn't be surprised that he won't return my calls after there was an issue. This could have been a better experience if there was communication. UPDATE: Upon seeing this post "my contact at U.S. Luxury Shippers" contacted me and has offered to refund 250.00 to pay for some detailing. Better than nothing.
