U.S. Luxury ShippersReviews of luxuryshippers.com

Moving a high value vehicle 768 miles that you have waited two years to get can be nerve racking.Jackie did an amazing job coordinating the complex move. See this wasn’t just an ordinary move it was a Raptor R which pushes the limits of the widest enclosed transports. Jackie coordinated the move, communicated with the dealership, with me and the driver. He exceeded delivery expectations by having the truck arrive safe, on time and in pristine condition! It’s not too often you will find someone who care about your personal investment the way you do, however Jackie exuded that caring attitude, can do spirit and communication for a complex delivery. Chris the driver of the Semi Truck was awesome. He called when he was a hour out, we coordinated a spot where his enclosed 18 wheeler could park and unload the R. Chris maneuvered the Raptor R out of its securely nestled position on the truck. Inspected it and made sure everything was perfect! If you need to transport your prized possession whether it be a family car, sports car or a Raptor you can’t go wrong with this tag team Jackie and Chris knocked it out of the ballpark!!! Thank you gentleman!!!!!

I have worked with Jackie at US Luxury Shippers and every transport that they do for me is done with perfect communication and white glove service. I highly recommend them for all of your shipping needs.

Great company to work With. Take quality care of your vehicles.

Probably amongst the worst companies to ever deal with it. When I initially reached out, they were very responsive and said quicky make payment to reserve the date. Made payment, and it was like they disappeared - no time frames of when the car would be delivered, no status, in fact, no responses. They outsourced to a 3rd party that did not speak any english. The car was to be delivered to manhattan but they said to pick it up from New Jersey because it was more "convenient" for them. Went to NJ at the agreed meeting spot, only to be told that they went somewhere else since they had to pick up a car from another location, so meet them at yet another location. WORST WORST WORST - i went along with it only becuase they had my car.

Andrei the transport driver was Great and very careful with my new car. Jackie also worked to make sure all went as planned. Was a Very Good Experience and would Definitely Recommend this company !!!

Driver Evgenii was awesome at delivering the vehicle. Polite, friendly, efficient. Had a great experience and would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with US Luxury Shippers. Pickup and drop off were seamless, and David was so professional and helpful. I was a bit worried handing off my cars to someone else, but this company is great and well worth it. You can put a price on peace of mind and quality customer care. I’ll continue to use these guys.

US Luxury Shippers was awesome to work with, my car made it from the east coast to west coast in less than 4 days! Easy to get a hold of and schedule and no extra fees. Will definitely use again if the need arises. Tony the driver kept in contact and shared location so that made it easy for delivery. Again awesome company to work with!
