The sheets are made from a very low quality cotton, the stitches look like the sheets made in someone’s basement. The linens got blemish right away as soon as I was once laid down to see how if felt. After the first wash my Olympic size bottom sheet was not able to fit into my mattress. It shrunk to the point that I was not able to stretch it. I’ve been trying to return the set for almost 3 weeks. There is no 24 hours response as the website says. It takes a week or longer for the customer service people to response. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

These feel like Walmart sheets. There is nothing luxurious about them. They are stiff and rough. Very disappointed. I'll be getting something else. Got them today, was super excited to try them, so I washed and dried them per the care instructions. When I pulled them out, the stiffness and roughness stopped me in my tracks. I can feel every spot on my hands where they rubbed skin off trying to get them folded. Don't overpay for supposed 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets like I did.

The only way this company can improve is by shutting down. Whoever gave a good review, is sadly mistaken. CROOKED DISHONEST THIEVES. Don't waste your money on their product. They DO NOT deliver what they promise on their website. They put GARBAGE sub-standard materials into their quilts. If you compare what it says on the website, to the tag on the quilt, you will see how TOTALLY LYING CROOKS they are. BEWARE!!! After returning the merchandise they NEVER GAVE US A CREDIT! We needed to dispute the charges to get a refund!! Perhaps they thought that we wouldn't notice!

Beware, this place is a scam. The poorest quality items and if you do fall for their photos and descriptions of their items, then you will be extremely disappointed. Yes, they have a return policy but you have to jump through hoops to get them to respond. My purchase arrived with missing stitching and down filling.(purchased the "Luxury Down Comforter" and there was absolutely nothing luxurious about it). They accepted the return but they required me to pay to ship the item back with no offer of a shipping reimbursement. Despicable company.

I ordered a comforter for christmas and put it on at the beginning of the new year only to see feathers on the bed daily. They refused to refund my money for a defected product. The king size comforter did not cover the king size mattress properly as well. You know it's cheap when they tell you to keep the defected one and they will send you another one for free...Hmmm...I just wanted my money back and they refused...Veteran alert

They sent us the wrong size, and then blamed us for our order. They were so rude and willing to die on the hill of being "right" we also sent the second set back, just not even wanting to deal or support such an awful company. Further, We purchased 1500 TC and in comparison to others we have been buying for 20 years...either they mislead their TC or can't count. The whole experience was bad.

They straight up lie about cotton fabric, this is ac cheap synthetic blend they charge top dollar for. When I tried to reach them by both email and phone I could not. The email was actually returned. I have disputed the transaction and will not buy from them again.

READ THIS BEFORE purchasing from Luxery Egyptian Linens, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, they say they are selling Egyptian cotton linens, but they truly are not! I have bought 1000 to 1500 TC Egyptian cotton sheet for the past 25 years, I know how they feel and I know their weight, these sheets may not even be cotton, they feel like some kind of cheap poly blend, they are very very thin, rip easily and Pil all over, they are complete crap and I unfortunately did not read the reviews first, if I can save one person from being ripped off like I was, that would make me happy. THEY DO NOT SELL EGYPTION COTTON SHEETS! THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!!! THEY UNFORTUNATELY JUST TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!!!
