I am so impressed with this company! I had mistakenly ordered a twin set of sheets instead of a queen set. I contacted their customer service, and Mark found out that the order had not been shipped yet, and that they would change the order before shipping. Their Customer Service Representative (Mark) is the best I have ever encountered! I will be happy to recommend Luxury Egyptian Linens to my family and friends.
