Overall my experience was a good one, however our driver appeared to not be in a good mood as it was 4:30am. He was grouchy made no conversation when asking him questions and just appeared rude. Other than got the job done! Our initial pick up driver was great, he was nice and made conversation!

We were undecided who to book whether to go for a cheaper company or luxor which are a tad more expensive but good reviews. my experience for the amount of money i paid wasnt as great as we hoped..for example the drivers drycleaning was hanging over my window so i could see out and felt a bit unsetterling with that there. This is a little thing but just small chit chat when you meet some one so feels more like an experience. i would say i wished i tried a cheaper company out there as i feel i would have gained the same for less.

I have used many car services due to disability..but LUXOR LIMO is the best. The reservations people are kind...and accommodating. The drivers are always on-time and extremely patient with helping me in and out of the car. They always make sure luggage is on a cart or taken by someone helping. They never run off, they make me feel special and safe. I couldn't live without them!!!

Used them for my Wedding and they were great so I recently used them for a work trip and needed a ride too and from the airport. They arrived 15 minutes early and waited for me. My return flight was delayed a bit but they tracked it and arrived on time and kept in touch with me as I landed. Great service all around.

We used them for a wedding. We hired a van to take people from Brooklyn to New Jersey and back. We also hired them for the day of the wedding. They were prompt, customer service on the phone was great and the driving service was wonderful. Would definitely use again.
