Luxor LimoReviews of luxorlimo.com

Always on time and professional. The only transport company I will use.

Nice car and was on time but they drive crazy! I did fear for my life most of the ride...

Our driver was great, the limo was perfect and it was a great experience for my wife's birthday.

I hired Luxor Limo to pick up my mom....and she can't stop saying how great the experience was for her and how polite the driver was! The peace of mind knowing that my mom was well taken care of means everything.

First off, their customer support on their website is terrible. I tried asking them questions on multiple occasions through their web chat and they dont respond. Against my gut feeling, I subsequently booked the car. When I decided to confirm the reservation the DAY BEFORE, the person on the phone told me that the actual price is twice the amount I was quoted when I reserved the limo. I subsequently canceled the reservation and booked a limo with a more honest and transparent company. Do yourself a favor, save yourself unnecessary stress and use a different company.

Took a full price ride to the suburbs from the city which went uneventfully, However, they topped up the bill with a suggested gratuity that they would not remove from the bill. Most limo car companies just bill flat rate and that's that. The customer service people could not have cared less.

I was very pleased with the service. They were on time, courteous, and efficient. We used the service from JFK Airport to our hotel in New York City and back to the airport. It was easy and I would highly recommend this company.

If travelling from abroad make sure you know how to phone luxor limo driver on mobile when you arrive. I did not nd it cn be complicated getting the dialling codes correct. Also you may find email confirmation with drivers number arrives whileyou are in the air. Driver helpful, coach was very good. Travel was easy in and out for our group of 7. Pickup for return was prompt, friendly and efficient. I would recommend if you want to pay the premium for a good service
