the service and driver was exceptional on time clean and a pleasure to have had the chance to use this great limo service in new York and san Francisco can recommend high enough 10 out of 10

The driver was at the agreed upon spot at exactly the time agreed. They were excellent working with us when we had two time changes, a day change, and hotel change after a return flight cancellation. The first change came within an hour or two of when they were scheduled to pick us up at the hotel. They were extremely kind and empathetic with our situation. They offered a calmness needed in a stressful time of trying to rebook everything, including a new hotel, for a party of 14. In addition to that, they were the most economical transportation for a large group like ours. I will definitely use them for our next group trip to New York.

Driver was very late! Had to call him a couple of times despite it was supposed to be a meet and greet!

I scheduled a limo to pick us up on Saturday at 4pm to take my family to my son's bar mitzvah. When I called at 3:50 to see where they are they said that they were 15 minutes away in traffic. At 4:05 I called back and told me that it would be another 15 minutes. At 4:20 I called back again and said it was another 10 minutes. I asked to cancel and get a credit and got an uber in 2 minutes because I was going to be late to my own son's bar mitzvah......thanks for making the start of this special day so aweful...In the age of GPS, Google Maps and Waze you would think they would be on time and give me accurate information. Terrible

Driver was one time, really helpfull and service was perfect, if I return to NY I would hesitate a second to hire the same service. I hired a car likely FBI cars to surprise my little boy and I didn't regret a second the investment I made.

Flight was delayed, confirmed with them and Luxor still drove away and charged a no show. How hard would it have been to recognise the new landing time and either call or just be there. I get the charge, but drive away? Had to rebook it and then the driver was unable to call a Canada cell number so I had to approach every driver at Newark until I got the right car. Drivers and cars were fine, delivery poor. I will try someone else next time.

We had transfers to anf from jfk i was particularly impressed withthe pick up from hotel for return journey as it was in peak traffic and the driver took a different route through queens to ensure we arrived in time he constantly reassured us why he was going off the main route. We had an e ticket which he felt was incorrect re departure gate he spoke to the airport to ensure we were dropped at the right gate
