SCAMMERS DO NOT USE!!!! THEY TOOK MONEY AND I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM BRANDON OR HIS TEAM!!! SCAMMERS !!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from this company, they are TERRIBLE.Once you place your order you’ll never hear from them again or see your merchandise, place is a total SCAMMMM.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I purchased a ring for my wife and was provided a 20-40 day timeline for shipping. September 14th came I contacted Brandon and asked him if the ring was going to be shipped out, if so I would like to purchase the band with the ring. He wrote back stating yes it would be sent out and he would send a link to buy the band. I emailed Brandon for about another week asking for the status of the ring with zero response. It wasn't till I called him a fraud and threatened to report him to the FTC and state AG that he replied back to my email. He wrote back that he was not a fraud and that he had refunded my money. I waited a week for the money to be posted to my card. Here I am almost a couple weeks later with still no refund. Do not fall victim to his bogus refund email. I have now filed a claim with my bank and have to wait even longer to get my money back.

Bought a wedding ring to upgrade in March 2023 and it’s turning colors not even a year later. They advertise real gold but it’s fake. DONT BUY!!! Tried to call no answer no response! FAKE JEWELRY!!!

Scammers! Never sent the product I purchased. Won’t respond to emails, messages, or phone calls. No problem taking the money. Brandon….karma will be coming!

Horrible company don't buy from them they will steal your money and never get back to you . Owner is a thief horrible person .

Never received my order order from almost 2 months ago. Every time I call or a text they don’t answer I want a refund

I made a purchase for my son in law and decided to check the reviews. Seen a lot not good. Seen some said rings are not all lab grown but partially Mossanite. We wanted lab grown. Check Luxe site read through the small print and yes the are mossanite. Same day tried to cancel with Affirm the said I had to cancel with Luxe. Called Luxe I can’t even count how many times no one ever answers ever. Tried their online chat nothing message you send just sits there. So Luxe how do you or how can you cancel a order. I never even received my email confirmation of my order. Does anyone have this Brandon I hear of contact information phone and email? I did get my money back from Affirm, apparently they could not reach anyone either. There are multiple complaints from people not getting what they ordered on Instagram.
