If I can give 0 stars I would. Absolutely a SCAM. My story is similar to the ones on here. Got my money through Venmo and completely stopped responding for months now. Can’t get a refund and no ring. Absolutely disgusting. Do not fall for it!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Luxe VVS Jewelry (@luxe_vvsjewlers) and would strongly advise anyone thinking about purchasing from them to be very cautious—or better yet, avoid them entirely. I placed an order for a 3.5-carat total weight diamond ring for my wedding anniversary, and after communicating with them through Instagram, I was convinced to send $1,000 via CashApp/Venmo/Zelle. Everything seemed fine at first, but after I sent the money, they stopped responding to my messages and never shipped the ring. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, but they’ve completely ignored me. It’s been weeks now, and I still haven’t received my ring or even an update on my order. I feel completely scammed. Looking back, I realize I should have done more research before making a purchase. If I had Googled them, I would’ve seen that I’m not the only person who’s been scammed by this account. They seem to target customers through Instagram, get them to send money via untraceable methods like CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle, and then disappear once they’ve got your money. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I would strongly warn anyone thinking of purchasing from Luxe VVS Jewelry to be very careful. I regret not doing my due diligence and falling for their scam. I wish I had seen these warnings earlier. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this account!

Scam , not real gold or lab diamond . Bought a ring and can’t get hold of them, it’s not that size not even that shape:(

I paid and never received my ring. I’ve messaged NUMEROUS times yet haven’t received my ring I was told I would receive in July. It is now September. SCAM SCAM SCAM Brandon needs to go to jail!!!

TOTAL SCAMMED ! HE NEED TO GO IN JAIL I placed an order about a week ago, when i was inquiring this guy respond quikly, after i placed an order & paid he stop responding, he created a tracking # so i was confident that my rings are on the way , 8 days later the tracking isn't moving, he never ship out my order now he ghosted mw & took my money . this guy need to go in jail!

I ordered a set of rings for 8500.00 in June of 2023 I have yet to receive it, I have filed complaints with BBB and the states attorney general office, they do not respond to phone calls emails as a matter of fact the email address is not even valid or even messages on any of the social media platforms they advertise on, this guy is a criminal and I fully intend to make sure this guy goes out of business and is convicted for felony theft. I’ve hadit. This was supposed to be my 20 year wedding anniversary present and I do not even want it at this point all I want is my money back and I will personally make sure he is convicted and sent to jail where criminals live him be long … this is a scam company

Total scam, before the order, they answered all my questions. Decided to place the order, they confirmed I’ll receive in 2 days which I paid for. A week passed, no ring, and fed ex is showing that the ring hasn’t even been sent out. Left numerous messages with no response. Will be filing a dispute with card. Wish I saw these reviews. This scam of the company has to be reported! I’ll be filing with the police dept as well, as I consider this theft.

There should be an option for 0 stars. It wish I had been smart enough to check reviews before sending my $500 deposit. These people are soulless scammers who run fake flash sales all day to get new suckers to send them deposits for jewelry they will never receive. The Kardashian and celebrity endorsements make them seem legit but they are not. I’m filing a police report and every report I can against this company and the owner. We should come together and sue him as well, he needs to be in jail and the celebrities need to demand their likeness be removed from his scam site because people like me, trust him because of that. Lesson learned but I won’t go down without a fight.
