BUYER BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!! CHARGED ME TWICE AND DUPLICATED MY ORDER AND THEN TELLING ME THEY CANT REFUND ME FOR THE RETURN. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SHAM, FRAUD AND DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! IM PURSUING THIS WITH THE BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERAL THEY ARE GOING DOWN!

Complete crooks. I ordered a medium told them they’d send an extra large. They asked for proof, I sent proof. Been chasing them since beginning of July to send out a medium. Today it got told it’s against their policy to send me a medium as I’ve received something even if extra large and not what ordered. I don’t understand how they are still allowed to operate, complete scammers

I would say that, at best, that customer service is a couple of very overwhelmed people who no longer care. At worst, it's scam-my. They initially sent me the wrong size. The next 2 months involved a comedically frustrating email exchange. In hoping to initiate a return, they sent me BS email responses (i.e. vague, strangely-worded/translated, stock answers and void of any actual assistance), asking me for photos and other info that never got looked at, and ultimately a refusal to accept the return. They were clearly engaging me in a time-killing tactic, and I continued to press them for a reason for the refusal. In one day I received 2 different emails, giving 2 different reasons for not accepting my return, one being that it was now (you guessed it) outside their time window for returns.

‼️BUYER BEWARE‼️‼️ This company is a TOTAL SCAM. They pull the same scam on everyone. READ THEIR ONLINE REVIEWS!! Ordered 3 for 1, medium, got a receipt for 1 xsmall. Tried canceling IMMEDIATELY and was told “As your order has already been completed and is currently in transit for delivery, we are unable to process a cancellation at this stage. Here's what we are going to do. Once you have received the item, you may request to return your order and send us an email. Please be informed that you have 14 days upon receiving the product to request refund” Emailed them the day I received the item but no one would respond giving me a return address/refund instructions. This continued for….you guessed it…14 days (I emailed them 7 times during that period asking how to return the item). Then they said it had been over 14 days so no refund could be given. It’s total fraud-report then to BBB and Instagram!! Look at the reviews m-they all are almost the same because this company is running the same scam on everyone.

Wish I could give zero stars — they wouldn’t issue a refund or let me return an item even though the email indicated I had another couple of weeks to return it? The shipping label “expired” 3 days after starting the return and they wouldn’t send me a new one. Total scam

I wish I had seen all of these terrible reviews before ordering. I ordered the shapewear and then immediately cancelled literally 3 MINUTES after placing the order because I realized they were thongs and not normal underwear. No one responded to my cancellation request. I get the thongs delivered to me and request a refund again. They continue to state over and over that they did not receive a request from me to cancel in their records. I SENT THEM SCREENSHOTS WITH TIMESTAMPS OF MY ORDER AND THEN MY CANCELLATION EMAIL REQUEST. I got scammed just like the rest. They still refuse to refund me because “they didn’t get an email in their records” despite me sending screenshots with timestamps. This is a terrible company. DO NOT ORDER

Fraudulent company DO NOT BUY!!!

DO NOT ORDER!!!! It’s a scam! They purposefully send you the wrong size and when you ask for a return, they have you send it back to them and then refuse to refund you!! This is illegal
