The process started out really well and they were responsive. I wrote the lyrics and sent it to them to produce. First version was pretty good. Did the free revision. Came back on time. I had paid for an extra revision, which strangely they initially didn't see on their end but after some emailing, they acknowledged that they saw the extra revision I paid for. Send them some minor changes. Was promised the final version within 12-24 hours. It's now 7 days later and I have not gotten any responses to even explain the delay, just complete radio silence. Even though their support email says they respond within 24 hours. I've written a few times in the interim just asking for an update. I even got an email from their "Founder" who promised to read each email and respond and no response yet either. I ended up finishing the song myself. This song was written for my baby daughter that was just still stillborn and we were hoping to have it done in time for her memorial. Great start but very disappointing they just ghosted me.

I rec'd the song, I asked for a revision, they did it, then I asked for a second revision which i had to pay for. I paid for it and nothing, all communication stopped, it's been 2 days, nothing, the website says within 24 hrs?

the process was fairly straight forward, but where it went off the rails was the editing process. I liked the original song produced, but there were two words that needed change, went from a fall reference to a summer reference. I had bought one "revision" credit, and the words in the song were changed BUT the written lyrics were not revised to match, I then spent days trying to get the word sheets to match the new revised song, and NO LUCK, i kept getting automated emails for a response and continued to try to reach a real human to help and NOTHING....Im frustrated that the error was their fault and they still expected me to pay more to fix it....NOPE. so I stopped trying, getting too frustrated. Stay away, its AI and not human interaction...

I ordered 2 songs for my husband's birthday. Songs were virtually the same, but different melody. I asked for two words ro be changed in each song. The changes were made in one song only, but the melody was also changed. Customer Service was initially good, but after my third attempt to get my original change requests done and to have the original melody back, I've heard nothing. Don't waste your time or money!!

Wonderful song. Heartfelt follow up message from the company owner (surely automated but seemed heartfelt just the same). There were two very small wording changes I requested and.... crickets. I've tried reaching out several times over the past four days and zero response. So disappointed. I'm sure they're overwhelmed with tasks but, geez, don't overpromise what you can do. I'm sure this song won't be fixed in time for my wife's birthday, now only three days away. I'd recommend this company for the idea and even the execution but the customer service is dismal and I'll just be disappointed with the song in the end, for things that could have been fixed with just 10 minutes of additional time for the artist. How can they deliver the entire song within one or two days as they did and then not have the ability/courtesy/organization to follow up with a paying customer. Frustrated.

The beginning was incredible experience, received my song was beautiful. On the email said to reply if anything needed changing, I did (this was only 4 words) Not heard anything. Sent a further 3 follow up emails and no response. I have now missed the birthday that it was for Highly disappointed and it started off great I was about to order more for other family members but glad I didn’t now.

Several days ago, I paid $100 plus a $20 tip for a song for Mother’s Day. During the checkout process, it seemed that edits were being charged at $10-15 each. I thought we got free edits, but I bought one additional one for $15. I was very happy to receive the two songs after a very short amount of time. And I was fairly pleased with the first draft. I emailed the song to my brother to see if he liked it or not. Before my brother answered I got an email from the company pressuring me to get back to them with how my mother liked the song? Since Mother’s Day was not for two weeks, I could not answer that question. Having discussed possible edits with my brother, I logged back into the account to try to begin the editing process. I saw no indication of where or how I could give the edits/changes that I wanted to make to the song. I emailed the company at the Support email address, asking to speak to somebody about the changes I wanted to make and asking what the limit was on the amount of information I could pass on to make the song as good as I would like. I did not get an answer to my email. Instead, I got another email saying that the company will give me another $10 to finish my song. I had no idea what it was talking about, so I replied again with my desire to edit the original songs given to me and for some instruction on how I was supposed to proceed. Again, no reply. And again I got a standard email offering me $10 to complete the checkout. Most frustratingly, it said that if I did not take advantage of the checkout by midnight, my entire story/song would be closed and I would lose everything that I’ve given the company to include in the song. First of all, nowhere on the website did I see that there was any time limit on my part. Second of all, I’ve tried several times to get a real person at the company to talk to me so I can continue with the song creation/editing process. Mother’s Day is coming up very soon, and I would like to get this song done ASAP. If the company is not going to respond to me in a timely fashion, then I want my money back, including the tip. The company promises a lot in the website and that’s why I responded. It was great that they finished the song in six hours, but it’s very perplexing that they seem to be absent now that I want to edit the song. Will someone please tell me what is going on and whether I need to go to another company to have a song made? Thank you very much. Gary E

The song I requested was delivered within 12 hours. When I listened to it it was ok. But I needed a couple of changes. One free modification is included in the price. I needed a phrase that mentioned her calling her mother, to calling her family. And I requested the voice to be changed from female to male. Five days later. I have not heard from them.
