I only had one revision of my song. The revision was done but not all the requested changes were made and now I cannot send it again for revision.

I ordered 2 songs in June. They had the wrong name. I have requested the songs to be corrected but cannot get help from customer service….but almost 3 months later and many promises by email (had to wait about two weeks for each of my emails to get a response to get it fixed), I am still waiting. After 2 months, I was promised a refund. It didn’t arrive. Now I am promised the problem was fixed on September 12. And the app doesn’t work so I can’t verify the name is finally fixed so I can’t send the songs. There is no customer service. Signed, Still waiting

Because they make a song I have her it change 2 times i want to pay for 1 change more, but they say it is on the house. I sent Them they change and I dont hear anything i Thy to write to Them from another mail and they answer me and again they want to change it on the house and again silence. And now i want to cancel it and get my Money back but they want answer me 😡

This make me so disappointed and angry that I bought 3 songs in June and I wanted to refund one cause the last one is not good enough for my require! And I bought the $69 x3. I just need to refund one back and this is what their Apps said can do refund. I’ve been waiting for almost 3 months and everytime when I asked they told me it will be back to my account 5-10 days. But from June to almost September I still didn’t receive my money back!!!!! I think people need to think carefully before they buy the song from them!!!!!!!

This may have been the worst experience in building a song. I paid for the entire song and 3 revisions. I was ghosted right after receiving the product first round through. I had to fight to just get my return on revisions. I highly encourage you not to do this or use this company… Samuella was who helped me…

I never received my song

Scammed me for $100 and didn’t even get a song.

Was so happy until I asked a few words changed - instead they changed the whole song melody, was no longer emotional and a different voice. I could had asked chatgpt to do that for me. I had extremely quick responses until i had an issue then ignored. They wouldn’t even give me back the original recording, I asked them to ignore wanting a few words changed and to keep the original and was told to re buy a revision! Ridiculous, not genuine like I thought and seems ai , I have a feeling this happens a lot!
