I agree with others, can't get a response on mispronounced name and number of children. Save your money, I can't present the song as is. I even paid extra for revisions but didn't happen.

i have been very disappointed in having no response to a song I had paid for. Though it's really good it's useless to me in that the pronunciation of my wife's name, in the song, is incorrect. I have tried many emails, support feedback and no one has tried to reach out to me. I can't seem to get it corrected or edited.

I could not understand her singing especially when the background singers were singers were singing over the lead. There was not a soulful catchy beat actually I could not tell if there were music. I wanted her to be a black female singer with soul. and I never recieve it no matter how many times I asked. I would love a refund

I ordered a song for my wife to make her feel better as she had a stroke in September last year, I gave all the information they asked for and then I paid for it, it will be with me in 6 hours, that was on the 16th of April, it's now the 19th of April and iv still not received it, I got a message saying that my order wasn't complete and I should finish it, had no information to say what went wrong? Iv emailed half a dozen times and not Had reply to any? I can't find a telephone number to call? I've been told that my order will be cancelled at midnight tonight if I don't finish my order? I went in the app to start again, gave all the information but then wanted another payment. They have had money off me already, if they cancel it do I get my money back?? . So not a good experience. If anyone out there can help me out before midnight it would be most appreciated. I thank you.

SCAM - do not buy! I don’t know if these reviews are real or AI generated but I can tell you they will not refund your money when you get back a terrible song you can’t use. I’ve been asking everyday for the last week for a refund with no response. Their website notes they will reply to email in a few hours and 100% satisfaction, no questions asked. LIES, save your money!

I was under the standing that I could revise this tune twice. The song as “country” was too hokey to give to my wife. All I asked was to please change it to acoustic romantic. I never got a response. Sadly, I respectfully say I waisted a $100.00 and can’t recommend this to any of my friends.

My wife and I are elderly. There are only a couple words anyone can decipher. The words are lost in music, except for the beginning (born in Laurel) and 40 years and keep smiling. Our dog Buddy was not in it. I couldn't give it to her, as I didn't want to tell her to listen carefully and hope she could understand it. Very disappointing.

I am very disappointed so far. I ordered my songs on Thursday April 9th. They sent me both songs on Friday morning. I listened to them and had to reply with some minor revisions. I replied in the morning and have not gotten my revised songs, and it is Saturday afternoon. The 2 song package I purchased came with 1 revision per song, and I also paid for 1 extra revision. So they can make the song from scratch in 6 hours, but a revision takes almost 2 days. I have had no reply from anyone saying they are working on it, or they are running behind. So I have 2 songs that are useless. The company sends me a review email expecting a good review, which I wish I could give. But they send the review without knowing if I am happy with my 1st songs. Which I was not, thus the revision response to the first songs emails. I emailed them again around 3am this morning letting the company know I had not received any revised songs, and so far I have not received anything. If I get a good response soon, I will update my review.
