Avoid!
Ordered two songs on Apr 20 to give to my wife for mother's day. Pleased to get them the same day, disappointed to hear them be inorganic, mechanical, and very possibly AI-generated, despite the claims by them that it isn't, as well as not quite what I ordered. Biggest problem is customer service. I sent an email on the same day asking some clarifying questions, didn't get a response until 8 days later and not what I wanted and expected to hear! Now it's been almost a month with no response beyond the initial one despite my numerous emails to them. This has, of course, upended my plans to give my gifts on time. Furthermore, when I click on the social media links at the bottom of their marketing emails, they take me to individual people's profiles and all different from one another. In addition to them having only one email and it being the only method of communication available (not to mention how their Terms of Service are worded in such a shady way), this is all leading me to believe that the professional integrity of this company is non-existent! They'll take your money, pump out your song(s) using AI generated content, and you'll almost never hear from them again. Until this situation is resolved to my satisfaction, this company shall remain on my schit list.
