Delayed delivery
Ordering was very easy, and the company did attempt to keep the integrity of the product intact. Unfortunately, the delivery time was estimated to be two days, it ended up being 4 days and all the cold packs were hot causing my product to warm/ compromised. I am super bummed but also know LuvionBio can’t control a fedex delay.

Hey Jordan, thanks for reaching out and leaving an honest review. It is common for ice packs to arrive thawed, freeze dried powder is extremely stable up to 140 degrees, and our goal is a controlled thaw from our commercial freezers to your door. Your product is 100% not compromised. It's a bit of a double edged sword, we are one of the only, if not the only, RUO company shipping in insulated packaging with ice packs. Had it been reconstituted when shipped - totally different story. Bottom line, you research reagents are absolutely not compromised in anyway!
