I will change star review if I actually get the product. 🤷♀️ Ordered a week ago 6/22 and have no updates on when it will be processed and shipped. Said I would have by end of last week 6/25. Pulled money out of our bank account right away. Emailed Thursday, supposed delivery date no one has replied back. Weird that they only have email and not a phone number. Reviews from others show fast delivery. What's up??

I canceled further products well in advance.(@ 4 months ago )They have still recently billed me 3 different times within a 3 day period of over $351 each. I have repeatedly asked for cancellation. One charge has been cancelled. 2 remain in effect to date. No one answers phone.

Looks like I will need an attorney after all. After fighting with Luum Life for MONTHS to get my refund, the auto billed my credit card that I did NOT save on file for their company and have my CANCELLATION EMAIL for this company as well. You can't reach them by phone, my CC company tried. I have now had to close my CC twice because of this company ROBO BILLING my card WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION which is FRAUD. I will be sending everything to the District Attorney for their review. Absolutely SCAM - you can get supplements on Amazon without these kinds of criminal engagements.

Company is a scam! I bought product one time. They continue to charge my account $177 for a “ membership” I NEVER signed up for. Can not get a human being on the phone! Requested refund !! Never ordered membership!!! Do not order this product!!! Did not help my GI tract at all!!

Edit: Luum responded to my review seven days ago. I followed up in an email as instructed. Again, there has been no response. I am very disappointed in this company! Please don’t waste your money folks. They are not credible! Original Review: In my opinion, they don’t deserve one Star. My first message was January 12 asking for a return authorization (well within their 90 day refund policy) so I could return the product. Very sweet nice understanding note was written back to me. I was told that I have been put in the queue for the return, but they were in the process of updating their return system and it would be a couple of weeks. I waited a few weeks and inquired again. I received another apologetic letter saying not to worry and they understood this was concerning but they were working hard to get this system up and running. I inquired again in March and they replied on March 25, 2026 with the same story. I sent another message April 12 and they have not responded. I ordered their product thinking that it would help me, but my doctor said no because I have diverticulitis.

I received the product last year, I used it as directed and could see no results at all. I called them and requested a full refund, and they said no problem, I returned their product at my expense, I didn’t receive a refund after 6 weeks I called again, same song and dance , no refund yet. So yesterday they sent me the same product that I sent back. These people are scammers or just a bad business. Don’t waist your money, their customers are not as important as they advertised.

Nov 22: Awesome marketing of health results, committed $354 Feb 16: Outside of 6-8 week delivery. Be patient we had a delay, all good now. Mar 10: 3 more weeks,not feeling good about this. Don't send product, switch to full refund. Okay Mar 31: 2 more weeks. It's on the way. Apr 3: Will get refund in 5-10 days Apr 20 (today): $354 gone and taking action to warn others. Think Sarah is just a great AI character that only writes promises and has not learned how to follow-through. 1-star is too much. Funny thing. I sent this review, and magically received the order four days later that I had canceled two months earlier. Sent an email requesting the best address to return the shipment......crickets. I just want a refund. Shop wisely America
