Luum succeeded, where physician- prescribed Pantezolen, failed... The upper stomach burning; that feeling of having a hot ball, of esophageal obstruction, was almost debilitating... I fasted, went Vegetarian, then Vegan, lived on liquid diets, exercised----absolutely nothing, helped... My medical doctors, were discussing operations.... I could not accept that lifestyle changes, and all my efforts were for nothing.... Naturally, self-help and discipline usually pay off.... Not for this malady---and, I was miserable... Everyday, all day... Perfection, is difficult to obtain; however, I am the perfect customer, for the good health/personal appearance sales presentations.... No product, is returned---and, I give whatever "product, du Jour" a fair opportunity, to fail, or succeed... Luum, was just another 300./400. product order... It might work---probably, not... And, it was not in stock... The product was being blended, and aged... If I wanted to pre-order, it would be a 90 day, waiting period... Fine...I paid... And, waited... And, waited... Called, to complain... They responded---immediately... Offered, a complete refund... Mollified, I waited .... Received, my order.... 👉Two jars, later...(Patience) 👉Cannot live, without it... 👉No stomach operation... 👉 Symptoms, are gone... 👉Still, careful with my diet... 👉Doctors, unimpressed... (However, it is not their stomach) 👉 Pantezolen, has bad side effects.. 👉Corewell Luum, does not... 👉WORKED, FOR ME... (!) Side-note: The latest 298.00 wrinkle cream, was a failure... It did not make me, appear 20 years, younger ... The Luum, is a SUCCESS... Remember: I am a professional "perfect product customer..." I test all this stuff, so your money, is not wasted...(like, mine...) Good Stomach = Corewell Luum👈

I am not sure what happened with this company. I love the product but back in June was charged 2 times on my credit card for $354. I have emailed about it several times with no response. Their website seems to be shut down. I had to give it to my credit card company to try to resolve the issue. Has anyone else had this problem or any idea what is going on with the company?

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! ROBBERS ! After 41 emails, after I returned their useless product, after begging 7 months to return by their policy my money back, they even didn’t respond to my emails. I lost 317$ and I believed these terrible people refund my money! DO NOT BUY!!!!

This is a scam. They continue to charge me $353.21 on 6/23/26 and 6/24/26 and only returned one of those erroneously taken amounts. They have notified me that they have cancelled my account but continue to take money from my account. I had to close my card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Terrible customer service. My card was charged $352 not once but twice. That amount is way more than the subscription amount for product. I have been emailing daily to have my card refunded and Nobody will reply back or refund me! The worst company in my opinion, just Big Scammets!

Luum charged my card $353.21 for a Nutrition eBook that I did not order or request. I have been emailing for over a week with no response. There is no way to contact them. Very disappointed because I liked their supplements. Luum has horrible customer service or I should say no customer service. Do not order.

This is OUTRAGEOUS - this company, fun by AI (Sarah) has now charged my credit card 3 times for $294 each for a subscription cancelled in December of 2025. They save your CC# and bill you even if you don't subscribe. Obviously, I filed FRAUD with my CC company, but will now move this into criminal charges. They don't provide a phone number to call, the number listed on your CC statement goes to a recording. WORST WORST WORST online experience EVER.
