I recently had an issue with bedding I purchased from Lush Decor. I called after hours not expecting to get a return call. I was very pleasantly surprised when I received a call from Todd Bergman the next morning. He could not have been nicer or more helpful than he was. He went out of his way to correct the issue and personally checked my next order to insure there were no issues before shipping it out. This was hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Good afternoon, Raynelle. Thank you for taking the extra time to leave a review of my service and saying such kind words. In this automated age a truly reliable company needs to give that personal touch to keep their customer happy and returning to shop. Thank you again. Todd

I ordered a valance for my kitchen, and I absolutely love it! it’s made of high-quality fabric in pairs perfectly with my other decor. When I noticed a button was missing, I contacted customer service, and Todd was more than happy to help me out and shipping me a couple of extra buttons at no cost to me!

I just want to let you know about your customer service representative Dana Machette. I accidentally ordered the wrong curtains and sent an email off almost immediately. Dana responded first thing and corrected my mistake and even refunded me the money. My goodness, she needs to be rewarded for her quick response, her kindness and her efficiency. I’ve really never received such great customer service! One thing my friends and I discuss fairly often is the lack of customer service anymore! Cheers to Dana and to Lush Decor……..you better believe I’ll be doing more business with your company and Dana needs a promotion. She didn’t hesitate for one minute! Keep her as your representive! Thank you, Vonnie Folkers

I ordered a quilt and shams but failed to update my shipping information. The product was on its way to my previous address as of yesterday. I spoke to Todd in Customer Service and he was excellent about everything. He stated he would check into it with FedEx and try to reroute it. He stated he would call me back the next day, which is today. He just called me and was able to get the product routed to my current address. He was probably the best Customer Service Rep. I’ve ever spoken to. Patient, thorough and professional. Thanks Todd and Lush Decor I will be back to shop again.

Thank you for taking the time to review the service I provided you Liz. I know it can be a little daunting using technology in today's word, and sometimes it remembers old addresses. I'm just glad I was able to help you and re-route your package to make sure you enjoy what you ordered. Please don't hesitate to call me if you want to order anything else to make sure it's right. Sincerely, Todd.

Todd's customer service was superior. I was having difficulty searching for a particular window treatment and he took his time and walked me through it. Not only did he take the time to hear my concerns, he assisted with results. Lush Decor has a loyal customer, because of Todd!!!
