i’m not pleased with this product. The pants are too small and I have contacted the company and had a difficult time trying to return or get a replacement. They keep sending me an email about paying a $10 shipping fee which is absolutely absurd and I keep telling them that I can’t find the email. It’s back-and-forth. All I wanna do is exchange the pants for a larger size. I’m not pleased.

-----Update on 4/15/2026---- The customer service contacted me since they saw my review. I was happy about their quick response, yet, they asked me what I was dissatisfied about their service. Clearly they don't read your emails, and reviews. Or they don't understand English. Unless you speak their language, stay away from them. I am highly annoyed. ----original review---- Step by step return process: the most honest and transparent experience for return services in case you need to return. They don’t have a clear return policy, so I decided to write about it after seeing how my wife struggled. We found that dress did not fit and wanted to return after one day of receiving it. 1. You need to write an email to them. It is easy to do so, but receiving a reply takes about a day or two per email. This is likely from that they are not US based. 2. When you want a full refund, they repeat either you keep the item and give you 50% or they pay for the shipping and give you 80% refund. If you tell them that you want to pay for the shipping and want 100% back, they will reply with the exact message. It is either AI generated or they want you to give up. This whole process will take 1-2 weeks because of the delayed response. 3. They will eventually give you the return address. 4. After you ship, they want you to check whether the package is arrived safely to the return warehouse. It is your job to check if it arrives to the warehouse. THEY DON’T CHECK, they want you to check. 5. After you check, send the email, and wait for the return, they go silent. The return itself after the package arrives takes three weeks. If they want to defend their case, I’m ready to share my screenshots and open this. I’m only writing this because there is no Reddit page for this site. The other company starting with J was easy to return like Amazon, and they share similar looking dress. Go for there for a better policy in case it doesn’t fit.

Ho effettuato il reso di un abito per ordinare il medesimo una misura più grande. Mi hanno fatto pagare il reso 10 € non per il semplice rimborso , ma per riordinare un altro capo! Inaccettabile 😡
