⭐ 1/5 – Even one star is too much! Absolutely terrible experience! The dress looks nothing like the pictures on the website. The fabric feels extremely cheap, the quality is awful, and the product is nowhere near what was advertised. The customer service is even worse! Despite multiple emails and providing all the necessary information, they keep making the return process unnecessarily complicated and repeatedly asking for additional proof. I ordered this dress for my bachelor's graduation celebration, and I couldn't be more disappointed. Extremely poor quality, frustrating customer service, and a complete waste of time and money. Never again! I strongly recommend avoiding this store!

Don’t do it! The quality is terrible and you can forget about a refund. They ship internationally but if you want to return from Australia you’ll be paying to ship to the US. Something wrong here

According to the tracking information, the parcel was returned to the sender. Despite providing tracking evidence and repeatedly requesting a refund of $83, the company has offered me store credit instead of the refund I requested. The communication has been frustrating, and I have had to explain the same situation multiple times. Rather than resolving the issue straightforwardly, the company continues to push store credit or reshipment. I also have serious doubts about the credibility of the overwhelmingly positive reviews, given my experience. I cannot prove that they are fake, but I would encourage potential customers to read independent reviews carefully rather than relying only on the positive ones displayed by the shop. A reliable online store should communicate clearly and handle refund disputes fairly. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this shop. Please be cautious before spending your money here. I am still seeking a refund for an item I never received.

The dress I received looked nothing like the pictures on the website. On top of that, the return process has been unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. I was required to send an email providing multiple details about the dress, even though I had already supplied photos clearly showing that the dress was in perfect condition and still had its original tags attached. All the information was to be provided in one email, yet the process continued to drag on. Instead of simply processing my request for a full refund, customer service repeatedly tried to offer alternative solutions, such as store credit or a partial refund if I agreed to keep the dress. After three to four emails back and forth, it felt as though they were reluctant to accept the return, despite my request being clear from the beginning: I want to return the dress for a full refund. I understand that I need to pay for the return shipping, which I am happy to do. However, I was also informed that the original shipping fee would be deducted and that an additional restocking fee would apply. I could not find any clear information about this restocking fee on the website, which is extremely frustrating and feels misleading. Had the website provided clearer information about its return policy and the fees involved, I would never have placed an order in the first place. The dress was not as advertised, and the return process has turned an already disappointing purchase into an even worse experience. I would not recommend this store to anyone who values a straightforward, transparent, and fair returns process. I tried to also upload a photo review on their website but there's always an issue with it!

Beware – They make it extremely difficult to return items! I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Lune Éclat Fashion. I purchased a dress that did not meet my expectations and contacted customer service within the return period to request a return. Instead of providing return instructions or a return address, they tried to persuade me to keep the dress by offering either a 20% refund or 80% store credit. They claim that returning the item involves complicated procedures and additional shipping costs, which is apparently their reason for discouraging returns. I find this completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to negotiate or fight to return an item when they have followed the stated return procedure. I have clearly requested a return and a full refund, yet I still have not received the necessary return instructions. My advice: Think twice before ordering from this company, especially if you expect a straightforward return process. I will update this review if the company resolves the issue satisfactorily.

The dress looked beautiful and appeared to be good quality, but unfortunately, the cape was too heavy for the dress. It pulled on the neckline, and when I tried to bring the cape forward over one side, it pulled the neckline unevenly, making the dress sit awkwardly. I’m not sure whether this was a sizing issue or a problem with the design, but it looked very different on me from how it appeared on the model online. Unfortunately, I couldn’t wear it to the occasion I had ordered it for. I’m disappointed and would like to return the dress for a refund.

I have had a very disheartening experience with this company and now reading reviews see many others have as well. I had to have surgery, was in the hospital and having very serious complications from surgery and been very sick. My package was delivered late in the day on 9/19 and was collected by a family member as I was in the hospital. I was only discharged on 9/22 and due to my health issues will no longer be attending the event i ordered my dresses for. I contacted them on 9/27 to request a return a day over the 7 day window that I was not even aware of and dont see posted anywhere on their website but had been told no return by the company. No empathy or understanding to my situation. This is not only very dishonest and misleading but in fact unethical business practice. I again requested a full refund immediately and shared I will be filing complaint against their company with the BBB, federal trade commission and the attorney general. Im still waiting to hear back with no response and its as if they have completely ghosted our conversation. What horrible customer service from a brand and even more disgraceful is the lack of empathy or kindness they seem to have for someone who is having a very challenging time with my health. Not a brand I will ever shop with again and ill be sharing my experience with others as well. Shame on you Luneeclat...be better & do better.
