Produit non conforme et service client décevant
J’ai commandé une robe sur ce site et je suis très déçue de mon expérience.
La robe reçue ne correspond pas du tout à celle présentée sur le site : la couleur est différente, le tissu est beaucoup plus brillant et de qualité médiocre, et la coupe n’a rien à voir avec les photos. Il y a même une couture visible à l’avant qui n’apparaît pas sur les images.
Après contact avec le service client, ils ont refusé de proposer un remboursement complet et ont essayé à plusieurs reprises de me proposer uniquement des remboursements partiels (40%, puis 50%, puis 70%), ce qui n’est pas acceptable pour un produit non conforme.
Ils demandent également au client de payer les frais de retour alors que le problème vient clairement du produit.
Conseil : si vous êtes dans la même situation, insistez pour obtenir un remboursement complet. Après plusieurs échanges et beaucoup d’insistance, ils finissent par proposer de meilleures solutions.
Je ne recommande pas ce site. Soyez très prudents avant de commander.
