Hi Christy, Thank you for your feedback, We do include usage instructions in the manual that comes with your order as well as on our website. However, after seeing your review, we realized we could do better. We’ve now updated our process to include a more detailed email with clear instructions for each optional light—what it targets, how to use it, and for how long. This email is sent automatically as soon as your order ships. We truly appreciate your input, as it helps us improve the experience for all our customers. If you ever have any questions or need support, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always here to help. Warm regards, The LumiVisage Team
