We had tried the product online once…but it wasn't the "real thing", now it works!!

We have a working canine, who had developed lipoma masses, and one was VERY large on the side of her ribcage and interfered with her vest. We had researched and tried various solutions using veterinary protocols combining a variety of high level supplements for about 6 months, without much success. We were also trying to avoid both a costly and painful surgical solution with recovery if it was possible. My husband had come across the product online after a friend mentioned she had used it on her working canine. So we ordered via Amazon. After 60 days of trial we realized what we had purchased was not the legit product and we also did not have any results from it. My husband then found your direct website, and purchased direct to see if that made a difference. We can happily report that it did. We could also then compare the packaging from your order to the online offerings and determine which of the Amazon product was legit. BUT - with the ability to create an automatic delivery, we know we will get the right product when ordering from your site. Since receiving the actual Lumiqour product - and using it as directed for the last 6 weeks - we CAN see the difference in the masses. They seem to be "liquifying" for lack of a better term, have reduced in size, and continue to show reduction slowly every week. The masses did not grow overnight and so we don't expect them to fully disappear in 30 or 60 days, but we can see really good progress, no others have formed and EVERY one has reduced in size and texture. They are much softer and feel jiggly - like the fatty tissue is breaking down - instead of like soft but solid masses. Highly recommend and ask that the customer be patient. But in less than 60 days we can see a BIG difference. I can also say that in the long run it is saving us money because when I add up the costs of the individual items we were using plus the canine probiotic we were using before, this product combines all of those supplements, and probiotics, (and more) in ONE single product. SOOOOO much easier! As a side note: We read reviews that complained about their shipping experience last year, however we experienced NONE of that. (June 2026) The product arrived in a reasonable timeframe and we were updated via email when it shipped and could easily track its arrival. It was a ground shipment and not the "overnight" shipments as so many have gotten use to via Amazon, but we also made sure to place the order before it ran out, and it worked fine. Whatever had been the issue seems to have been resolved. The timeframe for this entire experience was April through June 2026. So hopefully that will give some context to anyone who might be concerned or have reservations about shipping oversight. Thanks for creating a great product.
