This supposed indestructible toy was complety destroyed within 5 mins by a medium sized dog ( Jack Russell/Staffie mix)). The company offered a 30% refund. Clever scam. You make a crap product, advertise it as the 2nd coming, charge 10x the price of other toys and if or when people complain, offer them a 30% refund so they still make 70% profit.

The whole product lineup is marketed as indestructible.. Obviously nothing can be fully indestructible, and I wasn't expecting it to last forever, but more than 5 minutes would have been great for a product marketed this way. The truth is this is one of the lowest quality products I've found. Other brands last way longer. This is complete garbage and basically a scam. Do not spend money on this, they won't even reply to my request for a refund.

First of all, their warranty is useless. My dog started putting holes in this piece of c r a p within the first hour. I sent an email with pictures. They said it didn't meet their warranty replacement rules. Ie. It needs to be in pieces with no stuffing left. Anyway, I let my dog play with it this morning, within 10 minutes that small hole became bigger and stuffing all over the floor. I sent them new pics, not good enough they said. Do not buy, it's just a scam to get your money. Do not buy!!!!!!

Broke in less than 10 mins. Scam. This is this reply email i got attached with photos of the ear that ripped. Apparantly wasnt destroyed enough for them. If I could share the photos here I would. DO NOT BUY!!! Unfortunately, I am another victim of marketing that fooled me into believing that it was indestructible or, at the very least, would last more than 10 minutes. This was a Christmas gift for our 8-month-old labradoodle, a dog that is not known for their strong bite force. We gave it to our dog before our family started opening our gifts. By the time we were done opening gifts, approximately 10 minutes, our dog punctured the toy and ripped its tail off, allowing access to the insides of the toy. Yes, of course, the company offers a replacement, but at this rate, I would have to apply for a replacement every day and wait at least two weeks for shipping from China. This does not consider how long it would take for the warranty replacement to get approved. We were super excited to give this toy a try based on the reviews on their website, which, by the way, are only 5-star reviews, and they give you no option to leave a review on their website, which in hindsight should have been a give away that this was a waste of time. Buy at your own risk, but for my family, it was a waste of 40 bucks. But hey, you can at least buy 3 of them at once for 130 bucks and get maybe a little more time out of your wasted time and money, DO NOT BUY!!!

AWFUL TOY!!!! Do NOT buy. My Dog had this thing eaten in about 4 minutes and they would not refund my money even though they claim it to be safe for your pet. My dog at all the stuffing and tried to eat the squeaker but I managed to take it away before he could. This is a wast of money not to mention it took about 2 months to ship. Don't buy its a scam. your better off buy 6 dog toys from the dollar store.

I would give a zero rating if is were available. I bought two of the bears, one for my Rotweiller and one for my chocolate lab. My Rottie destroyed both of them within 5 minutes. I was only given a $16 refund out of the $60 I paid. They wanted to send me two more but no reason to. My rottie would have destroyed this too. So I could only get up to 40% of my money back and I got $16... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY if you have a big dog. Not sure how the little dogs fare. HORRIBLE customer service, they are horrible.
