Scam they get your bank details and keep trying to take money don’t use them

I ordered their product Unfortunately my dog passed away. I tried to cancel my subscription ( something I was totally unaware that I had signed up for) they are making it extreamly difficult to do so They are sending and charging me for product which I now have no use for Be very aware what you sign up for with this company

This company is totally fake. I have been sent e-mail to say my order was shipped will arrive within a few days. Was even given a Canada Post Tracking delivery, which was totally fake. Never received my item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. EG

I placed an order on Jan 18. You have to subscribe to place an order and I forgot to cancel the subscription right away, so then my credit card was charged again on Feb 18. It is March 7 now and I have yet to receive either order. This is a scam

When I had a query I got a reply within a couple of hours. My order arrived within a couple of weeks. No dramas at all. Very happy

Was put on auto refill for every month without my permission. How will I know it works after 2 weeks of trying it? I feel scammed

ordered 2 bears...my dog tore the head literally came off gave me $13 refund

We were just ripped of by this fake company. Buyer beware. Fortunately we were able to apply fraud to our transaction & bank is investigating. Just another American trying to get rich off of robbing people. Good luck. Stay away.
