I’ve purchased two devices. First one out of the 30 day warranty and now the second, same. Told I would get a free serum for doing a review, but never got and I’ve reached out to customer service 5 times with no response. This sums it up. Bad service and poor products I guess

My experience has been DO NOT do business with this company!! After several emails they still won’t tell me where my order is coming from (country of origin) bc it sits in customs apparently! Companies should be required to let perspective customers know what they’re buying is coming from another country and who knows when or if you’ll receive it! They also refuse to refund my money until they receive it back IF I ever get it! So what does that mean? Where ever this goes back to it has to sit in customs again on the other end?? This is absolute & total BS!!

The first one I bought within 30 days the vibrating settings stopped working. And customer service ghosted me. Bought the second one and within a few months the vibrating settings stopped working again. Not worth buying it if it's defective.

Shipping said it would be 3-5 days but took a month to be delivered. I ordered the same product from a different site for a significantly lower price and received it way faster than the one ordered from Luminesce.

The company should be more responsive to customer service inquiries. I ordered over a month ago and paid for express shipping. I still haven’t received it AND being asked for reviews. Reached out to customer service. No response. I’ll be requesting a charge reversal.
