Once I had watched videos online on how to use Luminesce (there were no instructions) I found it very simple to use. The vibrations when using the red light do tickle but they work appropriately. I've been using it for a week now and have not seen any difference, but it is early days (hence my score). I am hopeful I will notice a change soon.

I started using this product for a little over a week and followed the instructions that came with the product. Nonetheless, I haven’t seen any change or noticeable improvement with my face & neck areas. The reason for my 3 rating.

I actually liked it very much, and was seeing great results, but it stopped working after less than 3 months, and I could not get a replacement, as they have only a 30 day guarantee. They even asked for a video, which I recorded and sent.
