Ordered on the 27th July, express delivery 3-5 days, still hasn't arrived Very disappointing It has arrived, but seriously it's the same device you can get from any other site for a lot less money ! My original review was posted on the 6th August, at that time I had not received my parcel, when it was delivered I updated my review, I can send tracking information which would prove I had not received my order when I uploaded my first review ! I think it's pretty unprofessional of a company to call a customer a "liar" ....

A review just posted had an almost identical experience to me, which speaks volumes, really. PLEASE PLEASE Do NOT order from this company. I placed an order for the 7 in 1 face massager and within an hour I wanted to cancel it? Why, because I ordered accidentally - initially I thought I would leave the order, but then started looking closely at the reviews on their website. These are NOT genuine reviews. If you read through (you have to go through a few pages), there are so many duplicate reviews (some are very detailed) but with different names, identical text. This sent the alarm bells ringing so I looked on Trustpilot - I should have come here first, of course. Anyway, I immediately contacted the Luminesce (note, I ordered at the weekend, so NOTHING had been shipped before I contacted them). I got the same message as the other reviewer, saying it was too late to cancel (which is just nonsense, of course). I did at least receive the product after a few days, and immediately arranged to return it. I had to pay the return postage, and sent it unopened, tracked and signed for. It was received by Luminesce over a week and a half ago. I have had no confirmation from them that they have received the face massager back, despite several emails to say that this was delivered to them. They have simply said they have to review the return. Review what, exactly - it has been delivered back to them, with proof of delivery, and unopened. Note, most of my emails to them have been unanswered - they respond to the occasional one. I am now in discussion with my credit card company to get a refund. But my advice to anyone is to save yourself the complete headache and DO NOT BUY from them.

Do NOT order from this company. I placed an order and within 10 minutes I wanted to cancel it (impulse buy). I wrote the company and requested that they cancel. It took them almost a week to respond, and they told me that they were already shipping the product out (which they had not). Several days later the product shipped. Really? Then it took over 2 for it to arrive. Asked to return it (haven’t even opened the box) and they said they won’t provide a refund. In reporting them to the credit card company.

There is no response from this company. There is NO tracking... just a dead link with no contact information or ways to cancel the purchase. The "tracking" page just states "in progress," with no details where the package is or where "in the world" the shipping warehouse is located.

I purchased the item with a 3-5 day delivery guarantee and I did not receive the item, when I contacted the company they promised within 16 days or an immmediate refund. After 16 days still no items, I have contacted them and so far no reply. I can not comment on the product but so far I am out money and have nothing to show for it. Take caution if ordering

Do not trust - fake shop - they take your money and don't try to deliver any purchases.
