LuminesceReviews of luminesceglow.com

Scam company using Dr. Youn image in their AI generated advertising without Dr. Youn's permission. He never endorsed their products, please check real Dr. Youn's channel and website. Not to mention all these fake accounts on here that rate this scammer company 5 stars. Just look at when these accounts were created and what they rated before. Disgusting!

First off don’t order anything off their website. They are a scam. I ordered from luminesceglow.com 18 days ago. I questioned them about my delivery as the tracking just says leaving airport and leaving from overseas. Their website says 3-5 business days which is totally lie. Like other customers have mentioned this is a scam. This is the email I got stating: “We're really sorry for the delay. It shows that your order is delayed in transit by the carriers, this could be for many reasons including your state's rules. On the bright side, it is moving and will be with you. Please rest assured, as soon as it is past that stage it will be with you in no time. We have no way of stopping this as it is out of our control and rarely happens. If this problem however does persist after 21 days in transit, we will instantly refund you. Like I said they are a scam. Once you place an Order from luminesce they Order from Temu and then you get it shipped overseas to their distribution center and then to your house. Save your money and the hassle.

I was looking forward to using the device; however, it only vibrated on two settings. I contacted the company and they very quickly responded. They requested I send a video of how the product was working (or not), which I did via Google Drive. After they reviewed they indicated that I had the plastic cover on it. I then removed the plastic cover and found that the device still only vibrated on two settings, which I reported. The next communication asked that I send a video, I explained that I had at least 10 previous communications and had already submitted the video. The response was that it wasn't received. I pointed out that the link was at the bottom of the email they were using to communicate. I've been ghosted since then, which was two days ago. I wasn't requesting a refund, just a device that worked properly. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. UPDATE In response to the ridiculous reply from the company, you requested a video showing how the device did not work, which I sent. I also detailed the issue in numerous emails. I did not ask for a second device for free, I asked you stand by your device and provide one that worked properly. I planned on returning the malfunctioning one but the conversation never got that far since you ghosted me without resolution. Apparently a device that doesn't work properly isn't "genuine criteria" for a replacement or assistance from customer service. I understand you stand by the decision not to ensure your device works properly nor provide good customer service, which again leads me to discourage people from purchasing it from your company. If you won't stand by your product and replace a defective one with a properly working one then no one should purchase from your company.

I ordered from luminesceglow.com 15 days ago. I questioned them about my delivery as the tracking just says leaving airport and at airport over and over. I contacted them on Facebook and they just rwnobed comments nunerous times then blocked me. so I believe this is a scam. I've had to contact my bank about getting a refund edit. received product today. it's not a great product. cheaply made and the charger pops out constantly. seems like something cheap from china. bought one off amazon that came next day. half the price and twice as good

I ordered my item in the 5th August 2024 on a 3-5 day delivery, still not arrived and it’s now the 13th August. Received the same email as others and tried to track and states in transit. Sent them an email today and they stated couldn’t do anything, it’s really rare what’s happened, blah blah blah!!! I don’t like being scammed, I am going to contact my credit card company tomorrow and contact Martin Lewis - disgrace!!

This company is a SCAM. Do not buy with them please!!! They did not ship to me, said they'd give a refund, and nothing!

Just a meh product that's drop shipped from AliExpress or the like. Arrived with no branding and on further investigation found these are all over the place for around $15. Not to mention I just got an Ad from them that says they have a Trust Pilot score of 5, which is just a straight up lie. Does it work? I doubt it, but I couldn't say for sure. Seeing as they make no actual claims about how this would actually work or even what the different modes are used for... I don't think they really know what it's supposed to do, they just saw a product they could dropship and saw an opportunity. Disappointed I fell for it. * Hilariously they have also tried to flag this honest review as defamatory. TrustPilot disagreed and has left it up. Extremely dishonest company.

I was provided a tracking number and when I tried to track my order, I get an error message saying it was invalid and my computer anit-virus went into full alert. I then tried to go to their website and the same thing happened. I then tried to send a comment on FB and it was immediately deleted. This place is a scam. You can go ahead and try it yourself. luminesceglow.com It's a bogus site
