The gadget arrived but it doesn't take a charge or turn on. Customer service was of no help, buyer beware.

First off. It was shipped from wan, China (some similar name). It took over 20 days to receive it. Cost me $60. What a SCAM!! Yes, it does say Luminesce but trust me. It does NOT work. It burns and leaves marks on your skin. Buy at your own risk.

I have been trying to return this item for over 2 weeks and can’t get anyone to respond on where to send it. I have sent pictures of it shown new in the box as well as the proof of purchase. I ordered with the impression there was a 30 day return/refund policy.

Wish I had read these reviews first can’t believe I fell for this! 3-5 days shipping , false! I emailed the next day to say please cancel as I had found these reviews they responded really quickly saying they are not a fake company and the item was already in transit so I couldn’t cancel, which I find hard to believe it was packaged and posted within hours as it’s still not here a week later. They respond really quickly to my emails as I’ve told them I’m nervous due to reviews so I am hoping to turn this review around if the product arrives and is of the quality they claim, if not this review stands don’t buy!

Poor experience so far. Ordered on 12th August. It said 3-5days when ordering but writing this as of the 23rd August and still no sign of delivery.

I have returned my product, and then the support emails stopped. Do not buy from this company.

Do not purchase this product. They are a scam as they say a product can be returned within 30 days in original form. The day I received the product I requested a return. Once I sent them the video and receipt showing the product is in its original form, they’ve stopped responding. Some other things to consider. There is no medical evidence backing this product does what they say. It comes in a generic box that appears to be sold on websites like Temu for $10. Their website is littered with errors. Their “sale” has been going on for months. Additionally I made a comment on their post yesterday August 21. It’s been deleted, but any positive posts they respond to.

Came super late, fake advertising, can't get your money back. I've tried it and it's electrocuting my face, ouch! On a real note, save money for a proper one, this ain't it.
