Doesn’t work on EMS settings. Buzzes and lights up. Thats it. Very disappointed.

If I could give 0/5 stars I would. I’ve never in my life had such a bad experience with any company or person before. I asked to cancel my shipment only 30 minutes after purchasing cause it was impulsive on my behalf. A few days later, they send it out. They said let me know when you receive it. Then I receive it and say I want to return it. Pay for shipping as it was your mistake that you didn’t check your emails prior to sending out orders. That’s a given for companies to be checking their emails as I also work in a company where that is required. Since it was their fault they should be paying for the issues they’ve caused and pay for return shipping as they were not capable enough as a team. After getting in contact, as soon as I mention them paying for shipping I get ignored. I got ignored from over 4 different people. The worst customer service in my life. They don’t want to take responsibility for their mistakes and actions and instead decide to be immature and ignore all my emails.

Only a couple of charges and the device doesn't charge anymore!

I brought their LUMINESCE 7-in-1 LED Facial Sculptor (White). It does not work. I reported to their customer-support within a week to return but the customer support stopped responding. Fake products do not buy and their customer service os pathetic too

Oplichters product komt uit China wordt nergens aangegeven pas na aankoop. Refund doen ze niet aan het is een scam om te kopen. Product nooit ontvangen.

DO NOT BUY. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS THEY BUY THEM FROM ALIEXPRESS FOR $18, PUT A $227 PRICE TAG ON IT AND THEN TRY PAWN IT OFF FOR $90. YOU ARE BEING SCAMMED RIPPED OFF I TRIED TO WARN PEOPLE ON THE POSTS AND INSTANTLY GOT BLOCKED SO THEY CAN CONTINUE SCAMMING PEOPLE.

I never ever fall for these social media videos that pop up on my phone and I never use websites I'm not familiar with. God only knows why I fell for this. I should have looked at trust pilot first. No product received and 2 days after purchase my bank card was cloned and was used in Tampa Florida I live in London UK even the bank said definitely this website are the culprits.
