Terrible product. After one week my skin was covered in pimples and breakout. Even more terrible the customer service. I’ve been trying give the product back and get a refund (30 days money back guarantee policy), but they stopped answering my emails. Don’t buy this product.

order #70416 the 7-in1 facial sculptor performed as described 2x. The third use was painful and I couldn’t use it. I expected tingling but instead it felt like needle pokes. I emailed the company for a return or replacement. On 9/13 was told they were forwarding to “our team to resolve the issue “ and I never heard from them again. I’ve emailed them 2x since that email.

Order product on the 3rd August. Received on the 16th August. The product won't charge or turn on 29th September. Contacted Luminesce support. I was told it was outside of the 30-day period; therefore, there was nothing they could do. How a company can sell a device that breaks within such a short time period and not be willing to replace is beyond me. Do not purchase. There are so many in the market at the moment I'm sure another company can provide a better product and service.

If I could give negative stars I would. This product feels cheaply made and customer service does not respond. I have been emailing since September 14th about a refund, they responded on September 16th saying they needed pictures of the product with proof of purchase. I responded within minutes on September 16th and have emailed every other day since with no reply. Their website says 30 day money back guarantee but they guarantee NOT to accept your return because they don’t respond. What a joke!
