Junk and Terrible Customer Service! Don’t waste your money! Mine stopped working after 3 uses. They state 30 day money back guarantee but that’s false advertising because when I said I wanted to return in multiple emails they responded once telling me how to use it and then stopped responding about a return (a week in).

Garbage product like the other reviews and similar experience. Stopped working after three months and no response from customer service. I also bought it after seeing Dr Tony Youn review it, but he has said that was a fake review and never promoted the product. BEWARE!

It's a scam. Once I ordered I got multiple adds for the exact same product from different "companies " Paid $60. Took weeks to come. When I asked to return the return address was literally a house in New York and I was told I'd have to cover the cost of shipping. These people basically buy from Chinese companies such as Alibaba, Wish etc, and get them drop shipped to your house. Don't waste your money. Or, if you want to try it, get it on Temu for a couple of dollars. Even saw it as a "free gift" once.

Order took weeks to arrive and was faulty when it did. It gave me electric shocks. Took ages to get clear replies from the company and I'm still not sure what the outcome was. I wasn't offered a refund, might be getting a replacement but that it likely to also take weeks to arrive if it does. Not great and won't be posting to my public pages

For the price you pay you expect to get a good working product. I keep charging mine and still keeps turning off after mot even a minute. Very disappointing especially how they swear up and down from heaven to earth is the best.

Like many other users, device stopped working after 2 months. Emailed customer service several times and no response. They only have a 30-day warranty so that just tells you that their device is unreliable. Not worth it.

I enjoyed using the device and felt that there was a positive effect on my skin. However, after two months it completely stopped working even though it was fully charged and used and stored according to the instructions . I contacted customer service who said there was a 30 day warranty only therefore they could not help. It is not good value for a product that only lasts two months, and when you look at the other reviews, there are many other people saying the same thing. Also there is confusion as to what each light does, various places on the website say different things about the colours…it would have been better to have someone proofread so that we really knew what each light colour was for. However, I won’t be buying another as I expect it will not last longer than the first. Disappointed!

I recently purchased this item and was so satisfied with its performance that I ordered six more as Christmas gifts. However, I’ve encountered an issue with the after-sales service. After less than two months of use (received in August), the vibration function suddenly stopped working yesterday. Initially, I assumed it was a battery issue and recharged the device. While the light turns on and the motor emits a faint but unusual sound, the vibration remains absent. I reached out to customer support but was informed that, since it’s beyond the 30-day window, they are unable to assist. I am not seeking a refund; rather, I would like to determine whether this is a defect and explore possible solutions for repair. This response falls short of my expectations from a reputable company. Given that I have six unopened units and have invested a significant amount based on positive reviews and endorsements, I hope this situation can be resolved satisfactorily. I have followed up with customer service via email and am awaiting their response. It’s concerning that there is no telephone contact or customer service number available, which might have been an early indicator of potential service challenges. I sincerely hope that the company will stand by its product and address this matter promptly.
