STAY THE F*** AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. Burnt my skin on both cheeks after the first use.

This arrived and I didn't unbox it for a month or so. Gave it a go and found out it doesn't have the vibration most of its settings and was faulty. I reached out and was told they don't do replacements after 30 days. Feels cheap and not great customer service. Save your money

I didn’t want to put even one star as clearly this company is trying to keep the money I paid under any circumstances. They put my first name on the shipping address twice even though the billing address is correct. Now they want me to call a Chinese number to get back the shipment. I can already smell scam. I am going to have to request a chargeback through my bank. I should have gone with the more expensive but trustworthy option (and read the reviews here) and I regret it dearly. Too much scamming on the internet and this sadly doesn’t seem to be the Chinese exception.

My first one stopped working after a couple of times. When I contacted them they kept trying to blame me saying I was not using the correct connection to charge. I could actually see it had made a difference to my skin, even after a couple of goes, so I ordered a second one, hoping the first was just a lemon. The second one worked for about 4 days and now when I charge it, it says it needs to be charged after only using it one minute. Obviously a cheaply made product and a company that does not want to take responsibility for it.

This product comes from China and is not actual light therapy. It's basically like putting a colored lens flashlight that vibrates on your face. I saw absolutely NO improvement after using it for several weeks. If anything, I had MORE acne. My jawline was not more contoured. My fine lines did not diminish. Of course, you need more than 30 days to see if the product works or not, but they don't allow you to return it after that. I used it for 37 days. Waste of money. They have the same one on TEMU.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company, which I now believe is a total scam. After placing my order, I was charged, but I never received the item I paid for. To make matters worse, the tracking number they provided turned out to be completely false, leaving me with no way to track my order. When I tried to reach out for support, their customer service number was unresponsive, and I couldn’t get any answers. It feels like they're running a fraudulent operation. I strongly urge anyone considering making a purchase from them to think twice and avoid falling for the same scam that I did.

Horrible customer service! Stay away! I still have not received the product and have been back and forth with them telling them they delivered to the wrong place. I sent proof of my address and their picture doesn’t match the picture I sent. I have requested a refund and they stopped responding. My first communication was on 10.14, and they asked for proof of my address… this is ongoing and for about 5 times and nothing now. If I could give 0 stars I would and will keep writing negative reviews until I get my money back. Update: After the reviews and emails- They have refunded me, but will not purchase nor recommend the item to anyone.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.... I emailed to return the product and they didn't say they wouldn't give me a return address, but the 35 emails and no return no refund, all around bad experience.
