It took a while to get the product. I've been using it for a week, but I haven't noticed any improvement. The company responded quickly when I asked them questions about the use. I will continue using it and see if it actually works.

I'm going to rate this right in the middle only because I don't see too much of a difference after a few weeks. I'm not saying there isn't a difference, but not nearly as much as the ads make it to be. It does glide easily with the serum but then the serum ran out very quickly. Also, once the serum is dried, if I put a moisturizer over it like I do every time I wash my face, it makes it kinda sticky / oily.

I just got mine today. Finally, it took 20 days to get to me an customer service at company sucks badly. But the lil product works ok doesn't sculpt anything but fells good.

feels good on my skin but i have not noticed any difference in my skin. i have used almost daily for at least 2 weeks. perhaps im not using it correctly.

Was dissatisfied and dissapointed that even on a full charge that my unit only actually vibrates and massages on the "red" light mode even if all modes are pressed against the face as the limited instructions say to do. Limited directions come with unit to explain. Not a cheap purchase expected better is all.
