Misleading information on the website. It arrived much later than expected, but it is a fun little skin care device so not too bad.

The packaging itself is great but the product has dried out my skin incredibly. I’m going to give it a while longer to see if my skin adjusts or has any benefit but right now I’m quite disappointed!

Send me a new unit one that works for more than just two weeks. Can’t really review the product because two weeks isn’t long enough to know if it was helpful or not. Nobody’s reaching out to me to resolve this issue very disappointed.

I’m using the device twice everyday and have been for a couple weeks now without seeing ANY difference in my skin.

Delivery promise BROKEN ! Promised to arrive in 5 -6 days - IT TOOK 17 DAYS of waiting. Time in use too short to see results. Should have been honest about shipping time, we could have bought similar product from Amazon with 2 DAYS delivery !

So Far No Changes. Been using for a few weeks and I see no changes in my skin either the fine lines or helping with my acne. I thought it would be great but so far I’m not too terribly impressed! Hoping something changes in the next few weeks!

I didn't see any difference. Was using this for approximately 15 minutes each day. On the red light, would experience some uncomfortable small shocks every now and then. Stopped working after around two months. Only redeeming factor was that on the other lights, it felt warm and pleasant on the skin. Overall, a cheap badly made product. I cannot recommend this unfortunately.

No instructions on how to use. The color guide does not match the order of the device when it's turned on. Not sure there are 7 colors as advertised. Visually I only see about 3 or 4. Do not see different in my skin. Previously ordered similar, less expensive devise on Amazon. There was a problem with it and I was offered a replacement. I declined and ordered Luminesce as a known dermatologist endorsed it on line. I should have gone with the replacement offered. It came with some instructions and the color guide was it the same order as when the devise was turned on and you pressed to switch colors. Furthermore, the colors were all recognizable
