I would give this a negative 10 stars if I could. First of all this is a cheaply made product but the absolute kicker is that they are impossible to return. Customer service just ignores emails (I have sent over 30!!!) so obviously my return window will expire without ever having heard back from them. That tells me everything I need to know. They want to sell lots of product and move on. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Package never arrived. Customer service was no help. They said I had to reach out to the shipper. That was also a dead end.

I believe I got scammed.Serum smells bad,no improvement in wrinkles.I asked for a refund BEFORE they shipped the product and response came the next day AFTER they had shipped it so they said a refund and order cancellation was not possible at that point. No real address, address shows London, item came from China lol I am sorry for wasting so much money

Scam company. Ordered with 3-5 day shipping. Day 8, no product delivered, and they respond with a weird email about a surge in traffic requiring shippers to perform additional checks. Weirdos.

I’m actually waiting for my replacement because after the first full use I realized that it won’t hold a charge therefore it won’t work after a full 8 minutes. I was told I would receive a replacement but I haven’t received anything.

Didn’t arrive, tried to contact customer service they were useless, didn’t help. Should have bought through PayPal so I would have had some sort of help and recourse. Very disappointing, £48 down and nothing.

Bought this useless product and contacted customer service to request a 30-day warranty refund. Received response from Joanne asking for photos and receipt, which were sent. Now no further response despite my repeated follow-up for Luminesce to honour their refund policy. SCAM!

I have used this item and it appears very worthless. There is no change and additionally it gives a shock of electricity whilst in use. I want a refund even though it is over 30 days ordered it on 6 Oct. This is a SCAM. Very sad!!!
