This is a scam. DO NOT buy.

My skin went from clear to massive breakouts in just a few days after adding it to my nightly routine. It also took forever to arrive. I ordered it on 11/23, and it arrived 12/11. We're not off to a great start here.

I have placed my order on December 3 and until now December 16, the product that order is still nowhere to find. It says it takes 3-5 days to deliver and that is a big lie! Where is my order ?!

Definitely a scam, I ordered in error and within minutes of the transaction I emailed them to cancel the order. Sent a number of emails none of which have been answered. It's a SCAM The 5 star reviews left are also fake! BE AWARE! DO NOT BUY!

Scammers!! Take your money and do not deliver the product!! The worst customer service ever!! They keep telling me that the product was delivered! It was not! And they refuse to refund!! And now they do not respond to my emails!!!

Won't return support emails and I've been asking to return this product for 2 weeks. I sent photos and invoice and get absolutely no response anymore. I do NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT. Now I feel this is a scam, I want my money back! Honor your 30 day return policy! They have an F rating on BBB, you can file a complaint there against them.

This product was delivered and left behind some recycling boxes however it was not there when my mum went to check. I have emailed the company to let them know but they have continually ignored the emails. I have asked for a refund or the product to be sent again but nothing. What can I do?

This company are thieves! They take your money on day of order then don't send the goods and give you some bullsh*t explanation that there are extra security checks in China. Delivery wry supposed to be 5-7 working days but after 7 working days the goods are still not dispatched or with the courier. TOTAL SCAM
