If I could give 0 stars I would. They never sent the $40 serum I ordered. They are telling me I received it. Basically, calling me a liar. Took forever shipping from China. I’ve been ripped off. Beware of this company!! UPDATE: they said they would send the serum and I still have not received it. Been sending emails, and now they are ignoring me.

Do not waste money! You can buy same one on tic toc for $8!!!! I tried several times to reach customer service to return and all I get is a response asking for order number and why I want to return! Nothing after that, they are waiting for my 30 day return window to expire! Complete junk

Ordered of there site on the 20th November still not here. Was a Christmas present, extremely disappointed in the service. They keep telling me it’s in transit. They tell you it’s a 2-3 day delivery service. Absolute joke

Purchased 2 for Christmas gifts. The products never arrived. Called the company 4 times. They said after 21 days they would refund the money. I reached back out to them and now they refuse to refund me. They charged me for 2 and they never arrived. This is not a credible company they do not put the customer first.

Extremely displeased with this product and its false advertisement. Vibrates only on one color and vibrates on blue once and that was that. Can not slide easily on forehead as advertisement shows snd when doing so with a needed product to assist with its movement, you’re lucky if the vibration remains. A gua’sha works much better & with better results. Absolute waste of money and want a refund!!!!!

I would rate this zero if I could. Please do not buy from this company or site. ITS NOT REAL. You will get a fake tracking number link that will forever say “in transit”. When contacting the customer service, I continuously got told it is out of their hands and that it’s probably hung up in customs. They refuse to provide me with who is actually shipping it to me and the tracking number has changed each time I requested it. IT IS A SCAM!!!!

The product was not delivered, and emailing them only triggers an automated response. They create the impression that the product is with the courier, but upon investigation, it turns out it isn’t. Stay clear is my advice.
