This device did not operate properly for me. I contacted the support department and let them know I'd like to return it and receive a refund. Their " 30 day satisfaction guarantee" is not as easy as they say. I received a response asking details about my issues with the device, which I provided. Then I received an email asking for more details and was told the item should be "unworn", returned in original packaging, and if approved, they would issue a return. I did not expect any issues with the device, therefore did not keep the box it arrived in. I do not recommend this device or this company. I will NEVER buy anything from them again.

I had to give it A star or I wouldn't have been able to write my review. Would've given none. My tool came NOT working. No vibration. I asked to return it. They asked for proof of purchase, pics AND video, and a reason why. I sent it all in and no one will respond to me. This company is shady as sh*t. I would purchase the sola wave from Ulta before this any day.

If you are on the fence about ordering this product... don't! I have send 2 emails asking for refund and list enough reasons why this product and serum is very disappointing . They have replied once "asking for more detail to help them understand act accordingly" I sent 2 more emails and have not had a response in 3wks ! I am guess they are waiting out a no return policy after a specific amount of time !! This is a company that does not stand behind the product, and my mistake was not doing enough research before purchasing .

Can I give negative 10 stars. Absolutely horrible experience. Support was terrible. It took weeks to get a simple item.

My products, the 7 in one and the serum, was ordered in November and took until January to arrive. Customer service said I would receive a refund after 21 days, and never followed through. After months, the item arrived. It only had 5 light changes instead of 7, and the serum is sticky and makes the wand drag across your skin. Don’t order it

I’m joining all of the fellow reviewers on here to say that this company is nothing but a group of thieves and scam artists. When I received my product, it didn’t work. It kept turning off after about 2 minutes. I emailed asking why this would happen, and asked for help. I was mostly ignored and then they finally responded with “make sure the cap is off.” After no help from them or explanation as to why their product is junk, I asked for a refund. I was asked to provide proof that the device is in its original box and unharmed, which I did. I’ve since been ignored despite my following yo several times. These people are CROOKS AND SCAMMERS do not waste your money!

Scam. Never received my order and can’t get a refund. Now won’t reply to my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I bought one and it worked beautifully for about 40 days. Then it died. Straight up stopped charging. Now it is a cheap plastic paperweight. I reached out to support about getting a swap, even for the power cord, and they told me to buy an aftermarket one.
