I recently made the switch from Medvi, who started me at a certain monthly rate and then raise the price on me over $200 a month. After a lot of research, I switched to LumiMeds, and the process has been very easy. I just had a telehealth meeting with Hazel, who was very informative and assured me that the monthly rate would stay exactly the same. So far, I am quite impressed with the company.

I was very appreciative that Tim stayed on the phone with me the whole entire time while I did the paperwork that was needed to be done. I don’t think I would’ve been able to do that without his help and he was very patient and explained everything to me so he was very knowledgeable as well so I again was very appreciative and I did tell him that hopefully if I need to go back on there for any more supplies that need to be ordered that I hope I do get him because he made me feel very comfortable he was spot on with everything. I think he is an absolute great employee and I hope that he is well appreciated for his work. He’s a very kind man and very knowledgeable in his work! They actually should be more employees out there like that. And for the time it took for him to help me he was like I said very patient believe me he repeated a lot of stuff with not one bit of hesitation.

Tim in particular is just excellent with his attention to detail and his care and concern.

I have a very good experience with lumimeds. The process is very easy and the shipping is very fast.. and their customer service is amazing specially Jay Fajardo.. I was kind of person who ask a lot before i commit and he answered all my questions in a timely manner and it doesn't matter what time of the day i message them, they always respond quickly.. I reached my goal weight and now trying to slowly stop and they even help me how to titrate down so I can eventually stop using GLP1.. thank you lumimeds
